Is there any better way to set up the way we print?-Brittany

Brittany, good question! Clyde,our ResNet Administrator, answered this one. He is always trying to think of ways to make our technology in the Residence Halls as sustainable as possible. To summarize his response: The receptionists would have to use their computer to print off each student's papers when they come to get them and as they are already very busy this just wouldn't be feasible. It's also not economically viable to hire someone specifically for that purpose. The cover sheets do allow for our receptionists to easily identify the end of one print job and the beginning of another. Finally, once the cover sheets have gone through the printing process and been heated, it loses some of its grip and is more likely to cause a paper jam. While it's far from perfect, cover sheets are the best solution for now. Some buildings use the cover sheets as scrap paper and others donate it to elementary schools, so we try to reuse when we can.
